Human development has been possible simply because of the superior intellect of man. Perhaps that’s the reason why intellectual property rights are taken so seriously the definition of patent law world over today. There is nearly no country in the world where patent infringements or violation of intellectual property rights are taken lightly.

If you infringe patents, you surely in trouble and the punishment could be unbearably harsh. Courts look at it very severely and take prompt action. A patent infringer has little or no defence. So, the sword of the law comes down on him with full force.
