Administration for managing legal contracts

December 14th, 2007 by admin

Companies that deal in a large volume of contractual documentation have procedures in place to archive contracts. The contracts administration process is not only necessary to facilitate the day to day running of the business; it is necessary to comply with government legislation. Strict legislation requires some organizations to maintain records for a certain period of time. This can necessitate the need for storage solutions to store large amounts of paperwork for long periods of time. These records can then be destroyed after the expiry of this time period.
