Collective Commitment As One Of The Four Functions Organizational Culture

What is organizational culture? No organization can be successful without a collective commitment. Unless every single employee of the company makes an effort, the output would not be optimal. It is therefore required that the elements of organizational culture must target at developing a collective commitment.

The employees must not feel responsible for their work only but for working as member of team. The organizational culture must help them deliver their own best as well as make them motivate the other members of the organization to deliver their best as well.
