I feel that I miss some of the sounds

For the past 4 years, I feel that I miss some of the sounds. I recently had a scan and after that, showed the following I am very tense and I now feel that I can’t hear much now. If something like this shouldn't bother me, I don't want to go through life feeling miserable all the time when something like it happens. I used to listen to loud music regularly in my school. In every day life, it is really impossible to avoid really loud noise always, even for a short while. Doctor said that it is a noise induced hearing loss. But should I worry about hearing damage?

What Is Cancer Of The Pancreas?
