Don’t Overlook Antique Coffee Pots

Many people overlook antique coffee pots as a gift even when buying for a person who collects vintage items. I found an antique coffee pot in the basement of our home. My aunt collects antiques, so I chose to show it to my aunt. What was gathering dust in the basement of my home was a silver antique coffee pot designed in Victorian style. My aunt pointed out that the items had London hallmarks dating the object to the year 1899. The antique coffee pot was marketed by the Goldsmiths Company of London.

What fashion designers can demonstrate.

Fashion designers are involved in every phase of designing, showing, and producing of all types of clothing. Design professionals that demonstrate exceptional talent and managerial skills may become head designers, and may later advance to supervisory and management positions. Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and computer literacy are a must. Designers primarily work independently but spend much of their time coordinating with workroom personnel, buyers, sales personnel, and other artists. Designers are exclusively trained to design clothes either on a custom basis or for the mass market.

They’re Out There Just Waiting

As I was walking through the parking lot, I could feel his eyes on me. I knew he was there but I didn’t acknowledge him. Was he really watching me or someone else? As I finally reached the exit, he appeared out of nowhere and there I was standing face to face with a hunk of burning love. I didn’t know what to say or do. I was frozen, looking into these big brown eyes. Suddenly he smiled and said, “I’ve been watching you and I have a question.” All I could do was nod my head. Then he looked at my purse and said, “where do you get your designer handbags?”
Talk about a big let down, but you know what? I didn’t tell him a thing. I know where he’s from. The girls at the office put him up to this…I’m on to you, Girls!!
