When people start generally discussing medical problems they often start talking about signs and symptoms that are extremely complicated and cannot be easily explained. Pancreatic cancer signs are certainly no exception to this trend but it is rather simple really, because the signs that are exhibited are so simple that they are often mistaken for a different disease indeed. One of the most common pancreatic cancer signs that is mistaken is weight loss, diabetes and even the occurrence of pain that is typically present in either the back or the abdomen.
