I inherited my grandmother’s Bakhtari area rugs.

My grandmother recently passed away. She had a will, so her things were divided between all of her children and grandchildren. I inherited her bakhtari area rugs. Although I could sell the rugs and make a lot of money, I am going to keep them. They have more sentimental value than anything for me. I'm not even sure if I will display the rugs in my home. I may store them so they don't become damaged in any way. They are durable and long lasting. They hold their value or increase in value, even if they are used and show signs of wear. It really doesn't matter to me how valuable they become. To me, they are priceless. They belonged to my grandmother, and they remind me of her. I won't ever sell them. I plan to hand them down to my children, and I hope they do the same.
