At the test center you will sit and then take your exam. Upon completion of the Microsoft mcad certificate exam you just now need to sit and wait to receive your results which are provided to you immediately after the exam has been completed. For those that do pass the examination first time they will then receive confirmation from Microsoft around 2 to 4 weeks after the exam was taken.
